The Voltaeus Rod Series provides anglers with incredibly durable, yet lightweight fishing rods with exceptional sensitivity ideal for all day fishing. Thanks to Shimano's exclusive Unifiber Construction that chemically bonds 3 different composites including carbon for sensitivity and T-glass for durability, Voltaeus rods are lighter, more sensitive, and more durable than almost any other fishing rod. The rods are equipped with stainless steel guides for corrosion protection and are perfectly suited for use with PowerPro braided line as well as monofilament. The custom designed Graphite reel seats provide secure reel placement and decrease the overall weight. The Voltaeus rods defy the expectation that ultra durable rods have to feel heavy--Voltaeus rods are ultra-durable while they remain light in weight and pleasurable to fish with truly defined actions and high-tech components.

The 1-piece VTS70M rod measures 7 feet long with medium power and fast action. The rod has a line rating of 6 to 15 with a PowerPro line capacity 10 to 20 and a lure rating of 1/4 to 5/8. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty, you cannot surpass the exceptional performance of the Voltaeus rod.
